While not explaining the legal matter to his followers on Twitter, Yale Martin Fishman, is focused on his practice in the areas of taxation, business law, mergers, and acquisitions. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame and obtained his J.D. from Nevada University. For more than 30 years, Yale M Fishman has been providing legal help to his clients, from his New York-based company Yale Fishman and Associates.
Yale Fishman has provided his clients with legal advice in various areas from structuring tax-free reorganizations and mergers, and taxable asset and stock purchase transactions, to dealing with private placement investments. He also has experience in tax controversy matters, representing his clients before State and Federal Courts.
